The free gift is a National Geographic telescope–sku: TELESCOPE. The approximate estimated retail value of the Gift is €20.00. This promotion is also available through our authorized distributor, Fisher Scientific. Start Date: 19th December 2011 End Date: 23rd December 2011 1 To be eligible to receive a Gift the Purchaser must (i) place an order with Life Technologies or Fisher Scientific for £550 (UK); €750 (Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain); 1250 CHF (Switzerland); 5500 DKK (Denmark); 7000 SEK (Sweden); 6000 NOK (Norway); 2900 PLN (Poland); 19000 CZK (Czech Republic); 196000 HUF (Hungary); 7500 ZAR (South Africa) or more in a single transaction on or after the Start Date and before the End Date, (ii) add the catalogue number of the Gift on the order and (iii) NOT be placing what Life Technologies considers is a 'Custom primer order', 'Custom services order', 'Standing Order' 'Instrument order', 'CE Sequencing consumables & reagents order', 'Custom Assays/products order' and 'Standing Order'. 2 This Promotion is open to Purchasers of Life Technologies products based in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom only. The Promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of Life Technologies or Fisher Scientific, their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion. 3 The Promotion for the Gift starts on the Start Date and ends on the End Date. Any order received outside of these dates will be considered as void. 4 A maximum of one Gift per order. The online gift is only available when purchasing with Life Technologies and not Fisher Scientific. 5 The Gift may vary slightly from the one displayed on the web site. 6 There is no cash alternative to the Gift. 7 Life Technologies/ Fisher Scientific reserves the right to disqualify any Purchaser reasonably believed to have breached, undermined or subverted in any way the legitimate operation of this Promotion, whether by deceptive or willful activity or otherwise. 8 It is the responsibility of Purchaser to ensure that entering this Promotion does not conflict with internal rules and regulations within their organisation. If the Gift is returned as undeliverable, the Gift is forfeited.
